How to Get Started

An initial conversation is set up to see if Medical Coaching might be a fit for you. Then a Coaching Agreement and Design Form would need to be completed. Our first session focuses on setting goals for our work together.  Each session is an hour long and can be done virtually through Zoom. Face-to-face meetings are also possible. Future sessions address each of your goals through utilizing some of the techniques listed below. Goals will be reassessed along the way.
